Our commerical cleans and check lists are customizable. This is an example of what we offer.

For Entryway:

• removal of  any spotted cobwebs

• Detailed dusting of clear tables and furniture

• Detailed dusting of welcome desk in front and behind

• Wipe down/sanitize  phones and other high contact surfaces

• Wipe clean JRM/CPA sign behind welcome desk

• Spot Clean entryway windows

• Wipe down door handles

• Empty all garbage cans/wipe down garage can if necessary

• Replace trash can liners 

• Edge and Vacuum

• Mop out

Reminder to not empty boxes or trash cans without liners with paper only.

For Offices, Cubicles and Conferences rooms:

• removal of  any spotted cobwebs

• Detailed dusting of clear tables and furniture

• Detailed dusting of computer monitors/tvs, and light fixtures (if any) 

• Wipe down/sanitize  phones and other high contact surfaces

• Empty all garbage cans/wipe down garage can if necessary

• Replace trash can liners 

• Edge and Vacuum

For Copy Rooms

• removal of  any spotted cobwebs

• Dusting/sanitizing counters/tables

• Sanitize cabinet hardware and high contact surfaces

• Dust Copier(s)

• Empty all garbage cans/wipe down garage can if necessary

• Replace trash can liners 

• Edge and Vacuum

For bathrooms x 3 (two in front and one in back room

• Remove of  any spotted cobwebs, dust surfaces

• Wipe/shine mirror

• Wipe/sanitize sink

• Wipe down/sanitize toilets and urinals with specified cleaner

• Replace/refill toiletries 1x weekly. 

• Replace Urinal screen 1x monthly and record date in zenmaid notes 

• Wiping/Sanitizing all high contact areas such as door handles, light switches ect. 

• Empty all garbage cans/wipe down garage can if necessary

• Replace trash can liners 

• Sweep and vacuum debris

• Mop out

For Kitchen:

Do not remove newspapers from kitchen

• Wipe down and sanitizing all tables & chairs 

• Spot clean cabinets and hardware

• Wipe down counters

• Wipe insides of microwaves & coffee pots, 

• Put dishes into dishwasher and start cycle

• Polish sink

• Wipe down exterior of fridges especially handles

• Empty all garbage cans/wipe down garage can if necessary

• Replace trash can liners 

• Sweep and vacuum debris

• Mop out

For Hallways:

• Dust pictures frames as needed

• Edge and vacuum

Lights will shut off automatically
