For commercial spaces we average from .20 to .25 cents a sq/ft. If it is glued down we offer the leading standard of encap cleaning, which a special chemical that encapcializing dirt and grime and brings it to the surface with agatation. After it dryes (average is a few hours) it can be vaccumed up in the next routine cleaning. We offer top notch extraction cleaning for padded carpet of any kind as well, however, commercial spaces don't usually have padding.
